I Have been working on CoachFirst since its inception for the past 3 years as the Lead architect, FullStack developer. CoachFirst is a platform built for Studios, full time and side gig coaches to help automate their business. It is a platform that helps coaches to manage their clients, schedule, payments, and more.
CoachFirst is a business that has been built from scratch and is currently in the process of raising a seed round. It is built to scale to millions of users and has been built with the latest technologies and best practices. It has the potential to be the next big thing in the coaching industry and be worth upto 100 million dollars.

Responsibilities: Architect the project and wrote close to 70% of the codebase for both backend(NodeJS, PHP/Laravel, Dynamodb) and frontend(React Native, ReactJS, HTML/CSS).
- CoachFirst IOS and Android App: Built the 2 IOS and Android apps from scratch using React Native
- CoachFirst Web Portal: Built the web portal from scratch using ReactJS, Laravel, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, NodeJS
- CoachFirst Admin Portal: Built the admin portal from scratch using ReactJS, Laravel, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, NodeJS
- Worked with over 15+ coaches to understand their requirements and expand their businesses using the platform. Gathered and validated over 50+ requirements from different coaches to build a product that is most useful to most coaches
- Each coach belonged to different fields, like Golf, Football, Tennis, Massage Studios, Gym Studios, Pilates etc Understood the requirement of each coach and built the product in such a way that the platform worked well for everyone in spite of them belonging to different fields
